Motivational Weekend in Arnaia

Στα μέσα Φλεβάρη, ο IAAS Greece βρέθηκε στην ορεινή και χιονισμένη Αρναία για το Motivational Weekend του LC Θεσσαλονίκης. Συγκεκριμένα, τη διαμονή μας εξασφάλισε το Κ.Π.Ε Αρναίας, το οποίο ευχαριστούμε θερμά για τη στήριξη. Στο πλαίσιο του τριημέρου πραγματοποιήθηκαν 2 trainings (Team Building, Project Management) από τους trainers Παναγιώτη Παπαβασιλείου & Μυρτώ Παναγιωτίδου. Ακόμη, μέσα από εξορμήσεις εξερευνήσαμε το φυσικό πλουτο του χωριού και χαθήκαμε στη παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική, με τη συνοδεία του υπεύθυνου του Κ.Π.Ε Λάμπρου Ιωάννη. Παλιά και νέα μελη δουλέψαμε τα παγκόσμια projects και μοιραστήκαμε φρέσκες ιδέες για τις επόμενες δράσεις μας. Τελος, έγινε ενημέρωση και συζήτηση για τη διεξαγωγή του 2ου ΠΑ.Φ.ΣΥ.Γ.Ε .

Κάπως έτσι έκλεισε ένα MW που ήταν καθοριστικό για τις μεταξύ μας σχέσεις και που θα μείνει ανεξίτηλο στο μυαλό όλων μας. Σκοπός: Από group συμφοιτητών γίναμε ΟΜΑΔΑ! _________________________________ In the middle of February, IAAS Greece went to the mountainous and snowy Arnaia in order for the Motivational Weekend of the LC of Thessaloniki to take place. In particular, our residence was the environmental education center in Arnaia, which we thank a lot for the support. Within the framework of the 3-day meeting, 2 trainings took place( Team Building, Project Management) by our IAAS trainers Panagioti Papavasiliou & Myrto Panagiotidou. Also, by doing excursions, we discovered the natural wealth of the village and we got lost in the traditional architecture with the escort of the head of the center Labro Ioanni. Old and new members worked not only on global projects, but also we shared fresh ideas for our next actions. Finally, information and discussion were held on the conduct of the 2nd national agricultural student conference. By the end of the weekend, we all came together feeling a lot more close with one another. This MW will definitely stay in our minds!
